About our Business
Our story began back in 2005. Owner Pete Dacenko Jr. started this business by borrowing his father's push lawn mower and cutting grass in his neighborhood while in high school. After two summers he grew this client list from one house to 35 weekly accounts. Growing quickly through client referrals, Pete's Lawn Service took on it's 100th customer during the summer of 2012. When his father retired, he soon joined the business and helped expand the client list to over 150, while adding commercial services and more landscaping projects. Today, Pete's Lawn Service provides weekly services to over 250 residential clients, and a dozen commercial sites. We pride ourselves on the fact that, we have an extremely high retention rate and continue a working relationship with many of our first customers and their families to this day. We are very proud of where we started from, but are even more excited for where we are going!
